Shipping Costs to UK
Free Shipping is provided on all orders over £250 to mainland UK for standard products.
Shipping for orders under £250 is £12.50.
We will contact you to discuss non-standard products.
Shipping Costs to Rest of the World
Due to the wide range of products offered by Conscious Spaces, International Shipping costs are calculated where possible based on the nature of products ordered and the international delivery address.
Some standard products have shipping costs configured for some regions. These will be displayed as "Standard Shipping" in the checkout.
Personalised Shipping Cost Calculated Post-Purchase
If you place an international order for delivery outside of mainland UK and you see the shipping description "Personalised Shipping Cost Calculated Post-Purchase" in the checkout - we will contact you to confirm the shipping costs after you have placed the order and we know the products and delivery location.
We will send you a separate invoice for the shipping costs which you can pay online. When the payment is received we will ship your items.
If after placing an order and receiving the cost of shipping you wish to cancel the order, no problem. We will make a refunds based on our refund policy.
Sending saunas over the globe is not a straightforward task and as such this post purchase shipping calculation is the best method we have found so far.
Customs Duty, Local Taxes & Handling Charges
Any shipping costs provided do not include customs duty, local taxes and handling charges. These are the responsibility of the customer in all cases.
Delivery Times
Some products are sent directly from our stock, some are sent directly from our manufacturers and some are made to order.
Stock products are typically shipped within 48 hours of ordering with a delivery time of 5-7 days based on the type of product it is and location of supplier.
In the case of a made to order or bespoke product, we will contact you to confirm anticipated delivery times.
