Refund policy

Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days for eligible items.

If you are within 30 days of delivery of the product and you would like to return the item for a refund please contact support@consciousspaces.com or call (+44) 01326 727 222 and we will provide you with an RMA number.

We will not accept any returns that do not have a RMA number.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please contact us to discuss this if this is the case.

Returns eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Hygiene products (e.g. EMF shielded tents / Popup EMF tents and similar hygiene items)
  • Made to order or bespoke items (e.g. Custom made EMF Bed Canopies)
  • Some personal care items (for obvious hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a RMA number.

Partial refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Conscious Spaces Ltd error

Conscious Spaces Ltd reserves the right to define what it deems to be an appropriate partial refund amount based on assessment of the returned products condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the amount to be refunded.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. 

Shipping costs on the original product order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, please check with your bank account or credit card company. 

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted on your statement.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item due to it being defective or damaged please email us a photograph of the damage to support@consciousspaces.com. Please include your name and order number. 

If taking a photograph of the damage / defective product is not possible please call us on (+44) 01326 727 222 and we will be glad to help further.

When we have been able to confirm that the product is damaged or defective we will provide you with a RMA number. We will arrange for the item to be picked up and a exchanged products to be sent to you free of charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • RMA Number

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

We will not be able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it is using a signed service. Please ensures you include appropriate insurance cover the value of the item during shipping.

We will contact you to confirm receipt of the item and process accordingly.
